The necessary costs when buying a property

Other than paying the purchase price of a property,

the neceassary costs include Legal Fees, Beacon Confirmation fees,

Land Board Consent Fee for agriculutal land/freehold, Valuation Fee,

Stamp duty  registration of certificate of Tittle/Lease fees

and official search fees to confirm status.
